| Egg Salad with Hot Vegetable
Chutney for Sandwiches 4 hard boiled eggs, cooled 1 tablespoon NEERA'S Hot Vegetable Chutney 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt Chop the eggs and fold in the chutney and mayonnaise. Salt to taste. Use for sandwiches or as a luncheon filling for those big summer ripe tomatoes. Serves 4. |
