Grilled Turkey Sizzler Burgers
Mix 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce into the meat and grill as you would any burger. Brush with additional sauce during grilling. The burgers will sear lightly on the outside and be of a firm lean texture. When the burgers are done, a bit of the juice should run when poked with the point of the knife.
Serve on toasted buns with condiments such as sweet red onion, ripe tomatoes, pickles and other favorites.
