Jamaican Jerked Hens

  • 2 rock Cornish hens, skinned and quartered
  • 4 Tbls NEERA’S Jerk Spice
  • 4 Tbls vegetable oil

Mix Jerk Spice with oil. Spread marinade on hens evenly. Marinate refrigerated for 6-8 hours. Grill or bake the hens very slowly for an hour or until done. Serve with cool green salad and hot French bread.

Substitute pork ribs for the hens for real island flavor.
