Jamaican Style Pork Ribs
Trim the excess fat from the ribs if necessary. Rub the ribs thoroughly with the Jerk Spice and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F. oven one hour.
Finish by warming slowly on the grill, basting with the pan juices until the meat is tender.
Serve with a salad of shredded green cabbage and halved cherry tomatoes dressed with cider vinegar, salt and pepper. A side of rice cooked with red beans rounds out the meal.
