| Pasta Salad with Hot
Vegetable Chutney 1/2 lb. pasta 6 tablespoons Neera's Hot Vegetable Chutney 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 3/4 cup diced tomato 1/3 cup minced scallions 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro salt to taste Cook and briefly rinse one-half pound of pasta. Mix gently with Hot Vegetable Chutney, mayonnaise, tomato, scallions, and cilantro. Salt to taste. Serves 4. |
