Pear Cardamom Salad Dressing

  • 4 tablespoons NEERA'S Pear Cardamom Chutney
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing briefly in a food processor or blender until smooth. Variation: Add some cashew pieces and serve this dressing on a salad of fresh beets
