Pear Cardamom Salad Dressing

4 tablespoons NEERA'S Pear Cardamom Chutney
1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing briefly in a food processor or blender until smooth. Variation: Add some cashew pieces and serve this dressing on a salad of fresh beets.

Serves 4.
